From 1999 until 2003, for four years, I attended a healing school. The school presented many challenging lessons that needed to be learned; many of them involved personal processing, but many were also healing techniques. We would learn a healing technique each time we went to school in either New York or Florida and that technique required considerable focus, discipline and of course we had to be evaluated on the extent to which we learned each of those techniques. It was a rigorous training program.
The most useful healing technique that I learned that I have always used on myself is the one that I described to you a few days ago. It requires no training. It requires no trips to New York or Florida. It requires no specific discipline or focus. It requires not even any intention. It’s quite marvelous that you can literally take your hand and place it anywhere on your body that is troubling and you will find there to be relief.
Instead of beating up on our bodies, instead of being angry they are not working the way they are supposed to as far as our standards are concerned – instead, we literally pay attention, we listen, and then we place that hand on the body part that needs attention.
I really do not understand what happens although I do this every night that I go to sleep. I do know that by placing your hand on the particular place on your body that needs attention, you are able to call in the frequencies that are needed at that particular place and that particular time. Don’t ask me to explain how or why this works. I really don’t have a clue. All I know is it works. I know it works because I’ve used this every night since I’ve learned the technique.
- It is easy to do.
- It is fun.
- It will console that place on your body that is calling out to you for attention.
- It is soothing.
- It helps bring your body back in to balance.
Most obviously, instead of having thought forms that have very low frequency and that are disastrously judgmental – instead, you have a tender, loving response to your body that really is working beautifully. Enjoy this technique for the rest of the week, and again, if you’re like me now that you’ve learned it, every time you go to sleep, if you have any place on your body that calls out for attention, you will be placing that hand there now and forever more.
